AR6, published in 2021, has the most recent climate modeling and projections from the International Panel on Climate Change.

This is what they expect for the year 2100. A comparison of two scenarios for human greenhouse gas emissions (CO2, methane; etc.) between a nonchalant, easy-going, "No Worries Mate" scenario—the "No Emissions Cuts" scenario—contrasted with a proactive or "Greta-preferred" climate mitigation scenario—"Substantial Emissions Cuts".

It's going to be a warmer planet by 2100 under either of these scenarios, but the difference in how much warmer, between the two scenarios, is about 2.2 degrees Celsius or 4.0 degrees Fahrenheit.
