maybe we need an over under on total flips
and criminal or civil state or feds
that could be a lot of flips
as some could be both state level civil and criminal
and do it again for the feds

Or, could it possibly be… that they were guilty and their lawyers recommended this as the best option available to them?
Very unlikely this would cost “millions” for these defendants as well.

Sidney Powell is well known for an utterance in November 2020, when she vowed to "release the Kraken" by exposing election fraud, as a way to do Donald Trump a "solid."
But there's a more familiar beast that connects her with another of the defendants in Georgia Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis's celebrated RICO case that has indicted Donald Trump.
She had a prior acquaintance with Georgia bail bondsman Scott Hall, who earlier pleaded guilty to five misdemeanor charges emanating from the case.
She says she knew Scott Hall from before the case, from when they participated in the same hunting expedition for Alligator mississippiensis... the common American alligator.
This is just one of the surprising factoids that can be gleaned from this newly published WaPo news report.
