Another meme or cartoon from Wichita. Mostly, they are of the same template: "Wichita finds fault with..." or "Wichita is impressed with the people who find fault with..." In this case, it is—in the words of Edward Snowden—"the whole system" that is at fault, or needs to be changed, or should be changed.
But what could Wichita suggest in the way of change?
I don't see anything in Wichita's long history of remarks on this forum to suggest that he has a clue about how to change anything to make it better.
Maybe the idea of more of a role for sortitions in our society would appeal to him:
