My opinion is the same as the courts have applied. It is not "racist" at all. It is just the only way to address the problem of racism. If someone is victimized by the color of their skin then they are a victim of "racism".
Why won't you answer my questions about how YOU define the race of a person?
How "pure" does a black person have to be to claim he is black?
How "pure" does a white person have to be to claim to be white?
And what percentage of the population do you consider "mixed race"?
