If MEM had not already read about this Chicago lawsuit, and had just come across this other report that the auto insurers are going to force vehicle owners in Ontario to either submit proof that their vehicles are equipped with an anti-theft immobilizer or other such device, or pay a $500 surcharge... guess what?
He'd be posting venomous remarks on this forum about how the auto insurers are screwing the vehicle owners in Ontario.
