Those outtage charts are misleading. Those peaks are under 50 complaints. And the guy said if you donated like 100,000 or more then you should be worried...so that's not 50% of the citizens...
(but why stop there? that 1,000 ,500 even 100 donation? Now you're just as guilty.)
