Others hit with these newly announced sanctions by the Russian Federation include U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, Joint Chiefs Chairman Mark Milley, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, White House press secretary Jen Psaki, CIA Director William Burns—and Hillary Clinton and Hunter Biden.

President Biden and Antony Blinken, the U.S. Secretary of State, seemingly nonplussed after being called out as "sanctioned" by the Russian Federation. Which actually means that they're "plussed", because "nonplussed" is often deployed by people who actually are trying to convey the opposite of "nonplussed." But "plussed" doesn't have the dictionary legitimacy of word status, to the same extent as "nonplussed."
"Plussed" has come into use, but it's not really a word—yet.
