The culprit in these excess deaths isn't the Covid vaccines, or any of the mandates or other public health restrictions.
The culprit is Covid-19. That is what is resulting in most of these excess deaths. People who died after being infected with one (possibly even more than one) variant of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
