It's called "Phoenix Ghost".
CNN Pentagon reporter Barbara Starr speculates that it's a version of Switchblade that's been modified to match up more closely for Ukraine.
Switchblade is a U.S. aerial drone weapons system that comes in two versions, an anti-armor weapon and a second and smaller anti-personnel weapon. Starr speculates that Phoenix Ghost is a "two in one" package that the Ukrainians can use for either purpose.
There's a little more in this brief (two-minute) video report, when considered from the perspective of journalistic mereology. This report goes outside the boundaries of Phoenix Ghost. Something about an "unmanned boat", for example. That's not Phoenix Ghost. It's something else.
