Cliff notes version is to get back to the principles of personal freedoms, small government and individual initiative that built America into the nation that it is.

Yes. But I can see the entire WSJ article in a Brave browser window (on a Mac with macOS Catalina), even though I don't have a WSJ subscription.
So I don't know why "Fats" wouldn't have the same access to this article.
