Cliff, Please Remove The Roll Eyes Emoji Option (Page 1/2)

We all love PFF and want it to continue to be around for years to come. I fear that it may not be if the EyeRoll emoji continues to be an option for us, should this gather steam. Not from California, but it is from the Left Coast.

From a Fox News Feed.

EXCLUSIVE – Oregon teachers at the Errol Hassell Elementary School sent school administrators an email claiming that eye-rolling directed at a principal, among other alleged actions they observed, is an example of a "harmful practice rooted in White supremacy" that is happening in the workplace.

The educators from the Beaverton School District said in an email on May 27 that they had become of aware of a "rumor" that Principal Cynthia Lam Moffett was on the chopping block.

"We believe that much of the resistance to Principal Moffett’s work… is a result of bias and targeted aggression. As BIPOC educators we have observed, experienced, and witnessed similar micro and macro aggressions," the email said. BIPOC stands for Black, Indigenous, and people of color.

The teachers included an extensive list of "micro and macro aggressions." Many of them were concerning the staff's responses to the principal. It said, "Staff members rolled their eyes during… meetings while Principal Moffett is speaking"

This stuff gets old. When people use "racism" as a protection against everything they see as a slight, it ends up working against them more and more. There are so many examples I've seen where other minorities see someone of same or different minority trying to use racism as a reason to explain away poor behavior, and it just gets them into more trouble, and devalues instances when there actually is legitimate racism.

The problem is, many Democrats have absolutely no morals whatsoever ... so they will use ANYTHING they can. It's probably unfair for me to say that, I don't want to say they don't have morals... they may not be the same as my own, but Democrats firmly believe in the concept of "the end justifies the means." So, with that, they are OK with anything and everything that helps further a cause. The problem is, this becomes opportunity for those who could really care less, and just want to use certain "tools" if you will, to their own personal advantage.

82TA, true. The true definition of racist has been cast aside in favor of a use that describes virtually anything one disagrees with.

"...staff observed other "micro and macro" action. I guess the thumbs down, bang head, and head shake emojis are next.

On Twitter the other day, I questioned why someone had the Communist sickle and hammer in their signature, and was greeted with a response that included "fascist," "racist," and the F word three times, all in a SINGLE sentence. Although I expected this response, I also was impressed.

Excellent example unless they were describing themselves.
