Not in the US... the Supreme Court has already ruled that forced vaccination is illegal across the board, whether it's Federal employment, private sector, you name it. The ONLY place where they've refused to rule (e.g., not agree to hear a lawsuit) is when it's a hospital or nursing care facility. They refused to agree to hear a case that restricted preventing healthcare companies from mandating it.
