I had my second Covid booster (Pfizer) on Thursday afternoon. More than 72 hours ago. Haven't noticed any adverse effects. Although it certainly hasn't cured any of my pre-existing conditions.
During the course of 2021, I had the first and second primary vaccinations from Moderna, and a Moderna booster in December of 2021.
I've either not been infected with Covid, or whatever infection(s) I've had have not led me to get tested or seek any Covid or Covid-like attention from the medical establishment... the "white-coated acolytes of Hippocrates," as I have sometimes said. (My having said that, very arguably, a consequence of a pre-existing condition.)

My MIL and FIL both have the Vid currently.
It's the same story as me and my wife. He is vaccinated and is triple boosted. She has nothing and pretty much relies on a hippy doctor for all her medical stuff. He's late 70's, Vietnam vet in excellent shape. She's a retired drug addict/ alcoholic that was rode hard and put away wet.
Both once again have the exact same symptoms, and have pretty much locked in my thoughts on the effectiveness on this vaccine stuff. This is the third instance I know where one person in the house was vaccinated and the other was not, yet they both had the exact same symptoms.
And don't bla bla bla about the vaccine not being effective against other variants. Not effective is not effective.

I'm not against the vax itself. If ya want to commit dummiecide, its your trip. The whole stupid games stupid prizes thing.
I'm against the mandates, coercion, and punishment of those who decide against. Call it Pro-Choice and Pro-Freedom.[This message has been edited by MidEngineManiac (edited 07-26-2022).]

I'm not against the vaccines that actually produce immunity or the short-term anti-bodies shot that is currently identified, politically, as a vaccine. The covid shot isn't a vaccine, since it provide no immunity.
The messaging of politically motivated scare and shame tactics used to submit people for this so called 'vaccine' that has very low efficacy is beyond comprehension and forever will be a stain on the trust of public health.
To this day it is still used as a political weapon and the pharmaceutical companies are getting rich from it.
If people want to keep up getting boosted, that is up to them. It's probably, from the data, though short lived (less than 2-months at best) and very ineffective against Covid (you can still die, get sick, get long covid, be a spreader), but mostly harmless to keep getting boosted. People do far more harm to their bodies than taking a mRNA booster shot. You can always smoke weed.
It's anymore a virtue signaling badge by those that are angry left-wing dog whistlers. The Heil Hilter for the left![This message has been edited by Wichita (edited 07-26-2022).]

I'm 100% against it now.
I literally was asked to take shots from the second Pfizer batch offered to the country. Got it at an Air Force hospital because at the time I was considered essential. I have never been so unhealthy in my life as I am after having taken the shots. Literally every single little thing that could go wrong with me has. I don't know if it's the vaccine, but I work out almost every single day. I nominally run about 4 miles a day, which isn't much, but it's just all the time I have, and then I go into the garage and do the Bowflex and stepper. Doesn't matter... I'm a mess. I still consider myself lucky that I have the health that I do, but unless it's just a coincidence, I don't know.
I am not against vaccines... *actual* vaccines. I've been vaccinated and boosted with so much crap... I've had to take God knows what. I've taken probably close to ~60 vaccinations in the past 20 years, and at least 40 of those within the past 10 years for all the places (continents, 3rd world countries) I've had to go for work. I even had my daughter take the HPV vaccine just a month ago.
... but I absolutely refused to give my daughter the COVID vaccine. I had calls from all the radical lefties in my life telling me how horrible of a person I was, that I was killing people by not vaccinating her, that I was a horrible American, that I was giving my daughter a death sentence. I refused to give her the "vaccine," nor did she even want it. My mother in law even called me, pleading (essentially in tears)... telling me that I needed to get my daughter vaccinated and she didn't even care if she couldn't have children. I refused. I can make my own decisions for my child.
She got COVID, and her symptoms were totally mild. Mine, after already having COVID once, AND getting the two-shot series... had COVID really bad, and nearly a month of brain fog.
**** all of that. These vaccines were the biggest failure, and one of the worst conspiracies forced up us that I've ever seen. We can blame Trump, but the drug companies refused to even release the drug until Trump was already out of office because they wanted to give the credit to Joe Biden... remember that? I doubt Trump even realized how much of a failure these "vaccines" would be. I mean, are we so retarded that we don't think anything about the fact that the CDC had to change the definition of "vaccine" twice so that it gave a pass to the failure of the Pfizer and Moderna MRNA "vaccines?"
I'm an idiot for falling in line, and everyone who still believes any of this **** is as much an idiot as I was.

I'm suspicious of the HPV vaccine as well. But that's another subject.
I've also had shots for all kinds of stuff from when I did Government work. I trust most vaccines. I don't think the Vid shot is a vaccine.

I'm grateful to be blessed with lifelong good health, and decided not to get any COVID shots.
