I wouldn't get comfy in Canada if I were that one guy. The Chinese could snatch him back to HK easily and I don't see Justine doing anything. The Chinese are still pissed about the Huawei exec being arrested by Canada on the behest of the US.

If you listen to some from there you would think they already are listening. Every phone, every camera, they see all and hear all. They already have the fastest supercomputer.
