Julian Assange? (Page 1/1)

The Snowden topic made me think of this guy.

Lots of people think he's being persecuted. I tend to lean that way, but I'm not thoroughly convinced, either.

Thoughts?

We have locks on our doors.

We have secrets for the same reason.

It is not the prerogative of the likes of Assange or Snowden to let strangers into my house. The right way to fix the problem is to elect leadership we can trust and DRAIN THE SWAMP.

Assange is part of a strange and complex web of political entanglement. I'm not conspiracy theorist, but I do not trust the government, especially leftist.

When WikiLeaks was posting information about the Iraq conflict, the left was in glee and happy to support Assange, but when WikiLeaks posted information about Hillary's emails, that is when the tide turn. He then became the most hated villain and the amount of resources the left poured in to get him, even the time it took, the grudge ran very deep. To this day, the left wants him silenced, put away in prison or killed.

That tells me all about the mindset of the left. Why was it so important to silence a whistleblower and freedom and transparency advocate when it comes to exposing Hillary, Democrats, the authoritarian left and etc.?

That's because the left doesn't believe in transparency, freedom of speech, association, beliefs and etc. They want to control the narrative and dictate to others. COVID showed this, Climate Change wealth schemes show this, Democratics, UN all show this, but they don't want you to know this.

Stephen Rohde, who's described as a constitutional lawyer, author and past chair of the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California. has just written an op-ed that was published by the Chicago Tribune newspaper on September 27.

The article could be read from start to finish in just under 5 minutes by an average reader. There's also in icon to listen to someone reading the words of the article, podcast-style. There's a photograph at the beginning of it, not unlike the maraschino cherry oft seen perched upon the apex of the tower of whipped cream that traditionally tops an ice cream sundae.

Rohde argues that President Biden's efforts to have Julian Assange extradited from a maximum security prison in London and flown (or container-shipped?) to the United States to face criminal prosecution should be resisted.

"Biden’s efforts to have Julian Assange extradited should be called out"
