Randye, is this intentional... or just an oversight? (Page 1/1) |

I went looking for an early voting location here in Hillsborough County... which as you know, has been a very left-leaning county for a long time (though it's slowly changing). I noticed that the two most republican areas in the entire county, have almost no early voting locations. Matter of fact, between these two locations, there's only a single one... yet all the poor and heavily Democrat areas have them on almost every street corner. Why is this???
and the district map for comparison in case anyone wants to know what the boundaries are...
As an FYI, Lithia is predominantly Republican, but mostly upper-middle class suburban families. Plant City has a lot of Republican "blue collar" type workers as the Democrats would call it. You see endless Trump signs.
The areas where you have the early-voting locations, those areas are predominantly minority and poor areas.

Most early voting places are located in churches and civic centers, which tend to be in greater numbers in poorer neighborhoods. Plus there is a conscience and deliberate effort to over represent in these neighborhoods so that state and local election boards don't get called out as racist and suppressing the minority vote.

Hey, make it easy on yourself. Find an early voting location in Brandon. There must be hundreds of places there.

Hillsborough and Pinellas counties don't just "lean" Left, they have become almost as "blue" as Broward and Dade. HOWEVER, that seems to have changed a lot recently as shown by the voter registration by party chart below.
That "Others" category is more commonly known as *Independent* voters who are breaking decidedly away from the Leftists for obvious reasons this time. The Leftist Dems are now just 37% of the total registered electorate in Hillsborough which is a significant drop from the past.
Your early voting location problem in Hillsborough is due to this Demorat clown: https://www.votehillsboroug...m-Supervisor-Latimer
So the answer to your question; "is it intentional?" is YES. Absolutely Yes.

Holy **** Randy... Ron DeSantis takes this **** seriously. I e-mailed these images to the Department of State Elections (for the state of Florida), and they directly copied me on an e-mail that they sent directly to the Director of Elections for Hillsborough County (Craig Latimer) and three members of his staff, while CC'ing me on it. They asked for an immediate response to why there are essentially no early-voting locations in any Republican areas, but dozens of them in Democrat-run areas.
I almost feel bad for the possible **** -storm I created.

This is very similar to one of the tactics that got Sinema elected as an AZ senator. On the Saturday preceding the election, they set up a bunch of "emergency voting centers" in certain neighborhoods , then knocked on doors and passed out flyers to let some of the people know about it.
Of course, if we say the election was stolen, they tell us that they counted the ballots and tested the machines and the left got more votes.

That's fantastic!
Our good Governor's office is all over stuff like this Leftoid cheating crap since Governor Rick Scott had to deal with another crooked Leftist elections supervisor in Broward county, the infamous Brenda Snipes.

Well, you didn't create the sh!t-storm for them. They did it by their own malfeasance, but you can now be damn certain that you are officially on the Hillsborough Demorat's enemies list.
That's a great place to be. Congratulations.
All of what you described brings up another important issue though.
Traditionally we have had poll watchers from both major political parties stationed at polling places all around the state on election day. With the start of these "early voting locations" and various other shenanigans it now seems prudent to discuss a broader program of "poll watching", especially for the Republican party to keep the Leftoids honest.[This message has been edited by randye (edited 10-28-2022).]

Still no response from Hillsborough County.

It's only 10 days until Nov. 8 so Latimer and his fellow crooks will just stonewall the state.
After the election you need to prod the state again with an email reminding them that you were cc'd but never saw a response from Hillborough.
Don't allow them to get away with it.
