I'm not sure exactly where MEM was trying to go with this, but I'm going to say "No. I don't believe that mercury combining in this way with aluminum has any relevance to people that have bad outcomes from being vaccinated." I don't think this demonstration of mercury and aluminum combining to create an amalgam has any relevance to vaccines.
