It's a good story, in the sense that it lays out a plausible scenario for how the U.S. could have carried out a secret operation to damage the Nord Stream pipeline(s).
It's hard for me to imagine that the U.S., with President Biden as Commander In Chief, would go that far.
I can imagine it happening if it were (still) President Trump, but he'd probably just let the cat out of the bag about it the first time he got within range of a reporter's mic or camera.
