So who is that "guy" in the cartoon? Is he a "Democrat"..? Have any prominent Democrats declared that they want housing to be "free"..?
And who would that be? Joe Biden? Nancy Pelosi? Chuck Schumer? Hakim Jeffries?
I don't think that anyone even among the most "wild-eyed" progressives among the Democratic caucus, from Elizabeth Warren to Bernie Sanders to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (see them all here) have said that housing should (or could) be free across the boards, or free for LGBTQ people or even for low income people.
The inherent characteristic of these memes and cartoons that keep showing up on this forum is their distortion of reality. Memes and cartoons are great if you only want to focus on a single aspect of a situation, or a single factor, and hype that up and ignore everything else that's important. That's how they roll on Dumb-net.
Looking at that cartoon guy in a cool and calculating manner, you could say he's a Communist (with the "free housing"), but that's not what the people who create and traffic in these memes and cartoons want you to think. Their villains aren't Communists. There aren't enough Communists to make a reason for all of this meme'ing and cartoon'ing on Dumb-net.
