Wow! Somebody is suing Donald Trump? I'll bet that has never happened before. Well, maybe a few times before. Well , maybe not this week. But it's only Monday.

Damn! Next thing you know, somebody is going to convene a grand jury. Boy, won't that be newsworthy.

"Elon Musk says it was 'not cool' for Democrats to ask Twitter Files reporter Matt Taibbi to reveal his sources in a hearing"

quote
Rep. Stacey Plaskett (D), a nonvoting representative of the US Virgin Islands, questioned Taibbi's credibility and said releasing the internal communications had put Twitter employees at risk. The House Judiciary chair, Jim Jordan, stepped in, saying the Democrats "pressurizing" Taibbi to reveal his source was a "violation of the First Amendment." . . .

Plaskett tweeted on Thursday: "No one was interested in revealing journalists' sources. [journalists, in quotation marks] What we ALL should be interested in is what discussion, promises and/or deals Elon Musk has with [Matt] Taibbi, [Michael] Shellenberger, House Republicans, and definitely [the Republican chair of the House Judiciary Committee] Jim Jordan."
