The receptionist: "Sir, the Dean is outside, and he's waxing wroth!"

Professor Wagstaff (Groucho Marx), president of Huxley College: "Well, tell him to move over and have Roth wax the Dean for a while."

Amy Wax is "competing for victim status by upping the ante on obnoxious public remarks and almost daring the law school at which she teaches to punish her." Do you cancel someone who wants to be canceled?

You know, maybe some university somewhere should establish a Department of Extremism where students could sign up to take classes from people like Amy Wax and Frances Fox Piven. They could freely exercise their academic freedom and let the students decide. Let the racists, Marxists and other miscellaneous perverts rant and rave to their hearts' content.

The students are adults (in most cases) and should be intelligent enough to discern reason and absurdity. What is sauce for the goose...and all that, you know?

Who decides who is an extremist? I am sure there would be no shortage of volunteers to decide what other adults are allowed to think. Just make sure the lectures are chosen with diversity and equity. If you have a Communist, you should also have a Nazi.

NO disrespect, but... You didn't go to college did you? They are a pack of easily led, or misled, idiots. I know. I went there. Very few of us were behaving, or thinking, in an adult manner.

Zeb has a good perspective. I didn't go to college and I was led, misled, idiot. Not behaving or thinking on an adult's manner.

Maybe one day I will grow up, .
