Test the theory by parking a transport rig and trailer in a selected hood of Chicago.
Overnite, near the Walmart parking lot, the rear doors apparently, accidentally, left open by mistake on purpose.
Tandem trailers hauling AR15 and ammo, a free for all dispensation to the people.
