There is no evidence that Rich was the source of the leak.. Everyone who even tried to hint that he was involved have admitted they were either lying or had no legitimate evidence to back up their cliams.

So the quote in the lawsuit states this:
"After years of denials, the FBI has finally admitted that Seth Rich is directly linked to the “hack” of the Democratic National Committee email servers in 2016."
I'm not sure this necessarily means it's true. It's simply a claim being made by the Plaintiff of the Defendant (FBI). They didn't reference anything in the clarification to state where this was acknowledged. The significance of course, if true, is that Seth Rich could have been killed because of potential involvement ... which would make it suspect. That he was very pro-American leads me to believe that he was more Republican than Democrat... so it's quasi-believable. But just wanted to state that this doesn't really mean it's true because the plaintiff states it.
