My personal opinion, all of this is political. It's nothing more than attempting to paint him in a negative light, which they hope will both detract from Biden's own issues, and make Trump look unelectable. There is a reason why all of these indictments are being done seemingly one after another, and only after the other one runs it's course. This one too will run it's course... but Trump will not be convicted criminally.
What Democrats don't seem to understand though, that with every move they make like this, they continue to increase support to Trump. It's not reducing it. They're essentially turning him into a martyr.

I'm not a betting man in the literal sense, but these odds favor a guilty verdict on at least one of the charges.
I guess this was just posted and the betting on it opens tomorrow (August 3) at 6:00am in whatever time zone. Eastern, I would think. Or maybe that's when the opportunity to wager on this proposition closes?
