I have to call BS on that. There's no way Biden would do something like this... it would be widely considered completely asinine and the Executive Branch does not have the single authority to implement gas rationing. They can make recommendations, but it's up to the states to determine whether or not they want to comply... and things are much different today than they were in the 70s. No way in hell Florida would permit gas rationing for Global Warming.
I'm thinking maybe there's like 1% truth in this, and 99% totally off the wall stuff.

They didnt have the "authority" to mandate vaxxing or social-distancing either. In fact, the Constitutions of both countries barred them from doing exactly that.
All just speculation at this point, but nothing would surprise me any more and the population have proven what kind of sheeple they are when "ordered"

I am not familiar with Canadian law, but I don't see anything you posted that would prohibit the country creating rules for public safety. Is there a law requiring you to wear a seatbelt in Canada?
What you like to do is interpret the Constitution and define the word "freedom" to fit your own beliefs. you claim that you love freedom, but when any business does something that you don't like you start squealing about how they are infringing on YOUR freedom and rights. It is like you can't grasp the concept that people other than you also have freedom and rights.
And that is why no country on earth allows individual rubes to determine what laws control everyone.

WTF are they going to do ? Jail us all ? USA tried that (highest prison population on the planet). How is that working out for you ? Got that 100% compliance rate yet ? Even close ?
And drop the pretenses, we both know "public safety" or "the ccchhhiiillldddrrreeennnn" has nothing whatsoever to do with it. It is all profit-and-budget driven. THEIRS, not ours.
