Oliver Anthony has never had a song of his on the charts. This one went to number one in ? six days.

More likely, it's the nut-oids that are in a tizzy about it, exaggerating how the leftoids are in a tizzy about it.
What's a leftoid? That's a question that's up for grabs. Any "rando" who checks in on social media with remarks that excite the antagonism of certain other rando's on social media? That's about the size of it, judging from one of the other newly updated forum threads that's currently near the top of the forum Topics display page.

It is a clever title and adds to the mounting evidence that America is waking up and has had enough of the crap they have been force fed over the last few years.

No one on the left is any kind of tizzy. Basically the lyrics are gibberish. He complains about people not having food to eat and at the same times bashes "welfare".
Instead of saying "Washington DC" he says "north of Richmond" because Richmond was the capital of the Confederacy. It is just a dog whistle for white supremacists.
Federal safety regulations have saved the lives of thousands of "miners', and the federal government has not done anything for any "minors on an island".
None of it makes any sense unless you live in the right-wing echo chamber.

Have you ever been on Harmony Central? The whole forum is infested. There are maybe three free thinkers, that's it.
I moderated a Harley-Davidson forum for a little while and I was disappointing how whinny a bunch of self described "bikers" could be. I should have known better.
There are still some adults here, but they are slowly walking away.

That's a double microaggression. It marginalizes leftists with the obviously dismissive "leftoids" invention. That's a diss. And then it further marginalizes the already once-marginalized leftists by presumptuously asserting that they are in a tizzy. They must be in a tizzy about this song. Because to leave open the possibility that even just one leftist is not in a tizzy about this song would be counter-agenda.
