[Owen] Shroyer was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly, who last week sent Proud Boys founder Enrique Tarrio to federal prison for a record-setting term of 22 years.

Must have been one of those liberal "Obama" or maybe a "Bill Clinton" judge...

Oh wait

Timothy James Kelly is a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He was nominated to the court by President Donald Trump (R) on June 7, 2017, and confirmed by the U.S. Senate on September 5, 2017, by a vote of 94-2.

Reality catches up with MidEngineManiac's glibness—and his delusion of being constantly and personally victimized by the "left."

You see, it isn't about "who".

The problem with the current state of our justice system that "who" is more important than "what".

There is nothing glib or personal about it, Rinse.

So common it's even been given it's own name.

"Cancel Culture". Ever heard of it ?
rinselberg SEP 12, 11:59 PM
"Cancel Culture" got nothing to do with it.

This was a criminal trial in a federal court. The Cancel Culture whiners don't even have a "liberal" judge to kick to the curb. The judge was nominated by a Republican president named Donald Trump, who is like the patron saint of the anti-Cancel Culture movement... the "Cancel Cancel Culture" movement.

He can appeal his conviction and prison sentence.

Let's have some detail about the case!

It's tempting to cry "Cancel Culture" on the basis of some nebulously described news event. This small effort on my part can be likened to an astronomer's telescope, revealing the details of an object that is otherwise obscured by its great distance across the vast news "cosmos" from our local vantage point.

"Infowars host Owen Shroyer sentenced to 60 days in Jan. 6 case"

quote
The conspiracy theorist was with Alex Jones on the grounds of the Capitol on Jan. 6, but never entered the building.

Has nothing to do with Libs. the judge that gave him the sentence was a conservative Trump appointee.

Your addiction to playing the victim has overwhelmed your ability to think logically. You are incapable of processing simple facts. all you can do is squeal about being a victim of the left.

Sure seems like a good appointment by 45, a judge not playing politics......

That lets the air out of MEM's trying to frame this as a political beatdown, or a cancel culture thing, that was instigated by "the libs."
