Many years ago, I dated a girl who was raised in the Pentecostal church. She called me one night and said the devil was leaving "sexual" sounds on her answering machine, and wanted me to come over to "keep her company". I told her that I couldn't because I needed to go to work in the morning. The next day, her mother called me to tell me that she was literally hauled away by the men in white coats. I visited her in the behavioral health wing of the hospital a couple of times, but never saw her again.

I think any Demon can benefit from cardiovascular exercise. Even a Demon who's already "fit as a fiddle" by most people's standards.
