All those felony charges went poof. If they were so serious, why did the prosecutor just let all of them go?
She agreed to testify truthfully if called as a witness in the future. That is far from flipping. If anyone remembers the events in 2020, after the first press conference with Trump's legal team, they saw what a nutjob she was and distanced themselves from her. She was never on the inside. Her testimony is going to be worthless.

They typically have to do an interview that proves their usefulness as a witness before an offer like this goes out.
It could be nothing by our standards, of course, I don’t know. But it’s not worthless compared to the prosecution. They will largely know her testimony’s worth to the case before the offer is made.
