Hot Tuna has always been one of my favorite bands.
I saw Jefferson Airplane/ Jefferson Starship about four years after the 'Blows against the Empire' album was released.
They did a few of their hits, and then played the whole 'Empire' album.....Grace came onstage at the beginning of their set and threw a LOT of little blue pills out into the audience. It got the place hopping after about 20 minutes......
The concert was Mahogany Rush (Hendrix cover band - very good), Kansas, and Starship. Indianapolis Convention Center.....
