The Democrats have claimed that democracy is in danger and are making an attempt to prove it by allowing a handful of judges to decide who will be president. It didn't work in 2000 and it won't work now. Most of us are still Americans.

Those "strains" came to me from this well known hit. It was a hit? I guess it was a hit. From all the times I was within range of a radio or TV or some other setup and this was playing.



I admire the ones that can come up with a full blown parody of a pop or rock vocals performance.

I seldom come up with more than just a line or two.

It's almost sad to listen to each of the justices take turns beating up this poor clown.....almost,.....but I'm enjoying every bit of it.

Even Leftist Justice Elena Kagan gets her punches in on the Rocky Mountain Doofus:
Justice Kagan to Colorado's lawyer: "The question you have to confront is why one state should decide who gets to be president of the United States."......BOOM!

Translated: a repeat criminal who is a notorious public figure and whose lawyer had been arrested, tried and convicted for fraudulent business decisions and transactions at his behest was investigated for crimes which do not require identifying a victim.

This same public figure had previously been found to, along with his family, have operated a fraudulent university and a fraudulent charity. His university was disbanded and his family was punished with fines and the permanent ban on he or his family operating charities in the same state in which he headquartered a large real estate business.

This corporation was publicly known to fail to pay its debts and to engage in questionable accounting practices. Furthermore, extensive reporting in newspapers of record and other financial news organizations had shown that this real estate company had engaged in fraudulent business activities and tax avoidance schemes since its inception.

The CEO of this criminal organization had previously been investigated, arrested, tried, convicted and served time for illegal business transactions and decisions.

An ambitious lawyer ran a political campaign indicating she would investigate this criminal empire which had harmed the citizens of her state and her city for decades, leaving a trail of fraud and harassing legal actions in its wake.

Supporters of this career criminal will use any and all excuses and lies to complain how their favorite reality TV Star has been suffering poor ratings as a result of these dozens of crimes being investigated and punished.
