US Justice Dept won't pursue contempt charges against Attorney General Merrick Garland. Does Congress have any power to enforce the contempt charge or are they at the mercy of the alphabet agency?

We no longer have a Constitutional Republic.

The Justice Department has morphed into the "Just us" department which answers only to an illegitimate occupying aristocratic globalist cabal.

Congress does not have any power to enforce a contempt charge. That has to be prosecuted by the executive branch. That decision can be undone on June 20th.

Congress could pull funding from the DOJ but that is highly unlikely as the Democrat controlled Senate would block it and Biden would veto it.

Actually, the House can send the Sargeant At Arms of the House over to the DOJ and place Mr. Garland under arrest, and bring him back to the House.

The procedure hasn't been used for a while, but I think it should be in this case.

I think they're up to something...
