This is the opinion: https://www.supremecourt.go...3pdf/23-939_e2pg.pdf

I haven't read the whole thing yet, but in short, I'm inferring the key word here is "official act" and not "absolute." Absolute of course means there's no misunderstanding as to the extent. But the argument now is whether or not what he's done is an "official act."

For the life of me, I don't even remember what nonsense they're charging him for. All of this stuff is total nonsense, but the lower court (which is very liberal) will now need to determine whether or not any of this is an "official act," which of course, they will determine is now. But be that as it may, it probably won't even happen until after he becomes president again, and we can drop it since this is all absurd bull-**** anyway.

The problem though... once again, Democrats opened a door they cannot close. Like the nuclear option, etc. This will come back to bite them again. Everything they are doing to Trump, shows the extent that Democrats will go to maintain power. The flooding of illegals into the country is to create a class of victims who will vote Democrat in the future. I'm hoping we can clear out the administrative state in the next 4 years.
