Special Prosecutor Smith ruled not appointed per the Constitution (Page 1/8)

DJTs case for the "Documents" in his Florida mansion has just been dismissed due to how Smith was appointed. The Senate is supposed to confirm the appointment and that was never done. DJT and his lawyers are taking the DOJ to school.

I just heard that. Maybe there is some hope for a return to sanity.

It is going to be an interesting week. I wonder if Walmart is sold out of Orville Redenbacher yet.

How much do you think the lawsuit will be worth?

Honestly, I'm not all that sure this is a done deal. I fully expect the DOJ to take this dismissal to a higher court. It ain't over till the Fat Lady Sings!

Yeah, I'm sure you are right, but it is a HUGE leap in the right direction. It made my morning.

The DOJ can appeal it all they want. Justice Thomas already said Smith is illegally appointed. It is not much of a stretch to believe SCOTUS will rule that way too.

Unfortunately that also means Hurr's investigation is also illigitimate.  So I guess one of the things Trump is going to have to do when he takes office is appoint a real prosecutor to do a proper investigation of Biden's documents.

I think it will be safe to assume that every GD thing Biden has done over the last four years will be subject to scrutiny.

edit: "GD" stands for "Government Dictated", don't you know (far be it from me to utter profanity)

Ron, who will they get to appeal it to a higher court ? Why, Jack Smith, . Dumb and Dumber.

Jack Zhit is also prosecuting the 1/6 case. Trumps lawyers will use the same legal argument. Except, this Judge will be a judicial activist.
