The part is SC2943 and it’s out of stock everywhere. Is there an alternative/equal part for the steering damper?

Stores usually order from a warehouse that may not actually have any.
eBay may be the best bet.

Ebay or RA might have it but have to watch both as one day have it next day none next day does again.

IOW RA and some others "inventory" changes every day even every hour for old parts.
