I have a system down of how I do it so no surprises. I have upgraded both my cars to nd 88 CS130 and bonus is it’s physically a little smaller. Here’s my tip on getting the alternator back in a little easier: The new alternator gets inserted first into its mounting spot but i let it rest loosely on the lower left area cradle area, then I snake in the alternator bracket, install the bracket bolts just hand tight, then situate the alternator into the bracket and run the two bolts through it, the long top one first, then the bottom shorter one.
