Turn can is near/on L-side of S-column. You know hazard can should be... "box" should have hazard can, blue box, and horn relay.
⚠️ Warning: replacement flashers are often plastic case... Do Not put Plastic body cans in the clip that that holds OE Metal case for turn signal. The clip can "crush" the case and short out.

SUCCESS..... Turns out I was missing the Hazard Flasher all along.
