Yup
The really melted one with 2 wires is for the clutch. The single wire is for the pressure sensor on the rear of the compressor.

So they are not needed unless I want to the ac to work right?

Correct i would tie them up out of the way nice and safe just in case one day you want AC. And don't say "ill never do that" because 10 years ago i said the same and last year got AC going.
