If I’m reading the FSM correctly the alternator feeds the 500 block (500 IIRC) , just before it terminates there is a fusible link.
Anyone know at what amperage that link will blow ?
Is it listed in the FSM ? I can’t find anything but think it should be..

The new AC130 came in, the heat shield seems to bolt on in the right place, I have not tried it on the car yet.
However the two wire connector is at the top and will be under the heat shield. Is this a problem?

Looking at a photo I took now I think the shield is in the wrong place, so disregard.
