Thanks for all the advice!!! I feel much more confident going into this repair. I did buy silicon valve cover gaskets, and they’ve already arrived. So, I’m just waiting on the intake gaskets, then I can do the work and give my engine a good scrub down with some engine cleaner and a nylon brush. I appreciate all of you!

To remove the hard to access rocker cover bolt, you might try using a flexible socket extension and a 1/4 socket. An 8" long one may work. ------------------
