Trace the problems backwards to a cause. Inspect the wiring and connectors under the dash. There's also some major wiring junctions at the firewall and just rear of the battery.
Did this car ever have an aftermarket alarm system or remote start installed? Both cars I've experienced with those in their history were a nightmare. Did it get stored for a very long time and possibly attacked by mice?
Some confusing things can happen with bad fusible links or fuses, but your symptoms are pretty wild.
Don't worry about an ECM swap or any other such things when the wiring is fubar.

I have no idea what this car has had removed or added. it was sitting in California at some point as a shell and I assume it's been crashed once or twice but me and the previous owner aren't sure and there isn't any damaged wiring either of us have found yet. no Corrosion on any of the major connectors and my issue seems to primarily be with whatever is going on with my right signal and parking lights...it's Been weird and like this for....8 years? someone might have tried to help him on this tangerine of a fiero on this forum

I'm starting to wonder of this car is a "flood survivor" because there seem to be a lot of wiring issues.

someone else has said something similar. it's not a flood car and has just had quite a few modifications done and let's say the original owner was less than sober and managed to blow up the original engine and transmission before 100k miles. anyways please offer help not just observations or opinions
