see now that's much more helpful then "get it off the road" I will be checking the bolts for everything on the cradle and the cradle itself today to find what's loose and causing the violent smashing whether I'm on or off the throttle, based on previous experience with bolts and thus car I'm gonna assume they are mostly wrong or missing from rattling out due to the trumpet exhaust modification.

So what you are saying your cradle bolts rattled out due to an exhaust mod??? Maybe its how you type, but this makes no sense.

the "trumpet mod" was the previous owner deciding the more rigid the better. so he made everything as solid as possible including welding the exhaust to the frame. the cradle bolts are likely loose due to him being an idiot and not realizing that's where the issues were from I should specify more but the forum posts are made while I'm working on stuff and yelling at my phone 90% of the time
