Remember, car was running fine before this correct? Probably not ECM.

EDIT: I double checked OP and car was not running it appears.

I agree. We're being sidetracked from actually dealing with the issue.

Seems that after the initial two second fuel pump prime, the fuel pump is no longer working. I wonder if it might be the fuel pump relay? Temporarily supply 12v to the fuel pump through the ALDL port while trying to start the car. (You can use power from the cigarette lighter.) If the engine will now stay running, you've probably found the issue. (Or you can try swapping around the relays that are mounted on the engine bay firewall behind the driver. The relays are the same as each other.)

Thanks for the help guys. I think I found the issue. Pretty sure I have at least one leaky injector. I jumped the aldl and the pump built pressure as it should but then immediately dropped to zero when I disconnected, which is a new development. Before, it took a few seconds to drop down but then leveled out around 20 something psi. I had the fuel pump running for a few seconds while I was looking through the old Haynes manual that came with the car. I then tried cranking and the engine seemed to lock up so I got off the starter immediately. Going to pull plugs now and see what a set of injectors is going to set me back...... or just go with my original intent start setting up for a swap.
