Oh yeah, I got a good guffaw from the irony of the whole situation. I still wouldn't characterize it as a misfortune. Learning curve experience, for sure. But, what good is a project car if it's not...well...a project. This one is just turning out to be a much bigger project than I expected. To quote another monty python movie....

Agree with Patrick on this one... Get a southern car. The body panels get sun cooked. Take you cold storage preserved plastic and put it on a rust free chassis... Or spend the winter cutting, welding, cutting, welding, painting etc...
