IMO, there's no twist of the pedal that isn't supposed to be there. The pedal foot-pad and the pivot point appear to be perfectly lined up. It's the bracket that's bent (in the direction of the arrow) away from the master cylinder. The adjustable banjo should have no problem making up for that bend.

Patrick. Mine was twisted just like that and pedal had dropped down beside the brake pedal. Yes you can mickey mouse the push rod but why not fix it properly. You think that by lengthening the pushrod that it isn't go[ng to continue bending ? Just straighten it and do a little fabrication and welding and reinforce the pedal in its proper geometry so you never have this problem again. Oh and Patrick I will be coming to Vancouver soon . I will let you know so maybe we can meet up for a beer. sleek

Bill, not everyone has a shop and/or welding facilities available. I wish I did!

Correct. In my experience, the pedal doesn't get bent bit by bit slowly over the years from normal use. It gets bent from excessive force, usually applied when the clutch hydraulics are malfunctioning, and the driver tries to put the clutch pedal through the floor.
With the hydraulics fixed (thank gawd for double seal slaves), an adjustable banjo will compensate just fine for a minimally or moderately bent pedal.

I will give you more notice .If you can remove the pedal you probably have enough talent to straighten the pedal. if so take it to a local shop and probably the would reinforce it for less than 50.00 Canadian. sleek

No pedal removal necessary... and the cost was less than $2 (CDN).

Now come to think of it, I have seen that coupling nut in hardware stores.
The adjustable banjo will be arriving this week. If that were’t the case, I would’ve tried and cut my existing master/banjo and adding a coupling nut.

I don’t think cold bending it will affect the strength much plus the geometry will be correct. That pedal was prob pressed thousands of times in its life. I put in Rodney’s master and it has a bronze bushing and didn’t need the plastic one.

Yep I'd just straighten / square it up, I have a 10 inch crescent wrench that just fits in up under the dash and I straighten them without even pulling the pedal from the car.
