Window Adjustments (Page 1/1)

Any tips for window adjustment for the highlighted area? That are hits hard first.
Has a new front window stop, door pins and striker. It's still missing the rear window stop (waiting on that) but I don't think that's the issue.

Interior Panel is off and I think I've tried every which way.

Read above to adjust...

But Note that...

If door has been loose or off the car, make sure you properly fix/adjust the door first or adjusting the window can be a big headache at best.

If the window is loose on it's base track then adjusting the windows will often cause more problems. These parts need to work as one thing.
Same can happen w/ crap rivets holding window regulator to the door.
Same w/ bad rollers/slides that runs in the tracks.

This issues should be fixed before you adjust the glass.

Rivets can be replace w/ bolts and nuts but don't over tighten so plastic get wrecked etc.
Nuts need lock washers or be nylock type.
Make sure bolts don't hit/bind when open/close or anywhere in between. You often don't have clearance for long bolts in some areas.
