Was taking the rear bumper and impact/crash bar installation. What appears to be 6 carriage bolts (3 on each side) bolted to the frame rail.

One of the bolts on the inside snapped when I was removing the nut. The other bolts seemed to be carriage type bolts. But the inside one almost looks like a flat head bolt that is welded in place.

I will have to remove the trunk to look and gain access to the head of this bolt. So I was wondering if this is just welded or epoxied in place or is it like your standard carriage bolt?
