I don't like doings anything without checking with folks who have successfully done it before...

Each molding clip has a holding tab on it. You slightly pull the molding away get under with a small screwdriver, push the tab up and pull away the molding. Before starting its a good idea to put masking tape along the bottom edge of the molding strip to prevent possible scratches cause by the screwdriver. ------------------
