Got the hazard lights stuck on... (Page 1/1)

Probably a very simple issue/fix, but it looks like my hazard light switch might be broken, it came like this but either way the hazards are not turning off when I push it back in or twist or anything else really. Nothing else on the forum about it for obvious reasons, I'm sure it is a really simple issue but that clicking is getting quite annoying. This is an '84. I'm sure it will be super obvious after but...

1/2 correct...
"Pull Hard" can pull the screw out of the switch holding the knob parts on.

So you pull out but not too hard like pulling w/ both hands etc.

If still won't pop, pull can next to blue chime box under P-side dash. But Note that Disables all Turn lights. Brake lights "bypass" the hazard can and will work.

Won't pop then maybe something inside has problems or if switch breaks so need access the Turn Switch assem means need SW puller and lock plate tool.
