The Part lets you pull down to find dead fuse easier? Or Spare Fuse Box?
I think Both Is 1 piece Polypropylene part w/ built in "hinge." Spare fuse just skip or replace the part.
Main hinge... Discon Battery then easily remove screws holding it then do whatever to fix the hinge. I don't have one to see best way to fix... But some would try to "weld" it and that Does Not work 99% of times. Welding does work but not for this job.
Might find small metal hinge and screws and drill small holes to attach them across fail point. (Try ACmoore types) Melting plastic to "drill" holes are often weaker then actually drilling and screws get lose/lost. Problem hard to find 1mm drills and something to run them for many people.
If cheap/desperate... Might have enough plastic so can make holes on both sides and tie two parts w/ small wire.
